Yes. Email us to move between Starter, Growth, and Enterprise at any time — upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades apply from your next billing cycle.
Email us anytime to cancel — there's no multi-year contract either way. On monthly billing, cancelling stops your next charge immediately. On annual billing, you've already paid for the year, so cancelling stops it from renewing but doesn't refund the current term. Either way, you'll keep full access until the end of what you've already paid for, plus 30 days after that to export your data.
Annual billing is prepaid for 12 months upfront in exchange for the 15% discount, so it isn't refunded mid-term. It also never auto-renews into a second year without your say-so — cancel before your renewal date and it simply ends, no second charge.
That's fine — the "built for" numbers are guidance, not hard caps. You're billed per employee at that tier's rate regardless of headcount, so you can pick whichever feature set fits, at any size.
