Who this policy covers
This policy applies to visitors of the UNIFLOW website and anyone who submits the demo request form. UNIFLOW is based in South Africa.
What we collect
When you submit the "Book your free demo" form, we collect:
- Your name and work email address
- Your company name
- Your team size and industry (selected from a dropdown)
- Which UNIFLOW plan and pricing you were viewing when you submitted the form
- Any message you choose to include
We do not currently collect payment information, and no credit card details pass through this website.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your demo request, understand which plan fits your team, and follow up about UNIFLOW. We do not sell or rent this information to third parties.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored in a Firestore database (part of Google Firebase) and are also sent to us by email through a third-party form-delivery service, Web3Forms, so we're notified promptly of new requests.

Confirm which Google Cloud / Firebase region your data is hosted in, since storing personal information outside South Africa carries its own disclosure requirement under POPIA.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently use analytics or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated to disclose what's collected and why, before any tracking goes live.
How long we keep your data
