What UNIFLOW is
UNIFLOW is a uniform management system for businesses with uniformed teams, offered in two modes: Self-Service (Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans) and Managed Mode, where UNIFLOW's team handles setup and ongoing support on your behalf.
Billing and cancellation
These terms match what's already stated on the pricing page — this section should restate that, not introduce new terms:
- Monthly billing can be cancelled at any time; cancelling stops your next charge.
- Annual billing is prepaid for 12 months in exchange for a discount, is non-refundable mid-term, and does not renew into a second year without your consent.
- Self-Service plans bill per active employee at the rate for your chosen tier, regardless of that tier's "built for" headcount guidance.
- Managed Mode is billed according to the headcount band you fall into at signup.
Confirmed with the founder
The pricing page now describes the 30-day free trial as arranged during your demo call, rather than implying instant self-serve signup — this reflects the actual flow, since every call-to-action routes to a demo-request form. No self-serve trial exists today.
Plan changes and cancellations are also handled manually (by email request) rather than through a self-serve account dashboard — headcount is currently tracked by hand rather than auto-metered. These Terms should describe that manual process rather than implying an automated one.
