Our commitment
UNIFLOW processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This page explains how.
Information Officer
Required before publishing
POPIA requires a named Information Officer with real contact details — not a placeholder. This section cannot be published until that name, role, and contact information are confirmed and, where required, registered with the Information Regulator.
What we process and why
We process the name, email, company, team size, industry, and message of anyone who submits a demo request, in order to respond to that request and evaluate fit for UNIFLOW. This is the same information described in our Privacy Policy.
Lawful basis for processing
We process this information based on your consent, given when you voluntarily submit the demo request form.
Where data is stored
Lead data is stored via Google Firebase (Firestore) and passed through a third-party form-delivery service, Web3Forms, for email notification.
Required before publishing
Confirm which region your Firebase project is hosted in. If personal information is stored outside South Africa, POPIA requires specific disclosure about that cross-border transfer and the safeguards in place — this cannot be left blank.
Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Object to how your information is processed
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa
